We enjoyed reading an article on remodelingmag.com which spoke about green products and which green product groups were experiencing growth in the remodeling industry.
According to the magazine, the remodelers polled stated that on average 32% of the revenue that they took in on recent projects involved environmentally sustainable work. More than 20% of those polled said at least half of their income came on projects that involved energy efficiency, indoor air quality, water efficiency, and recycled products.
The main green product groups identified by remodelers were:

- High efficiency HVAC systems
- High Efficiency Windows and Doors
- High Efficiency Appliances
- Tankless Water Heaters
- Air Sealing
- Adding Insulation
