The prestigious CotY (Contractor of the Year) Awards are presented each year by NARI National to NARI members who have demonstrated outstanding work through their remodeling projects.
The National Association of the Remodeling Industry (NARI) named N.J.W., National CotY winners in three different categories of its annual awards competition: Residential Kitchen Remodel $60,000-$100,000 (all 7 regions were in the competition), Residential Addition Over $250,000 (5 regions were in the competition) and Entire House Remodel $250,000-$500,000 (had 6 regions competing). (As a side note, HGTV’s very own Chip and Joanna Gaines-Magnolia Homes out of Waco TX -won in the category of $25,000-$50,000 residential bath remodel.)

In the three categories N.J.W. won, the following architectural firms/designer needs recognized and acknowledged for their significant remodel design contribution – Entire House $250K to $500K (T. Walton Carr, Architects – Westerville, OH), Residential Kitchen $60 – $100K (Rogers Krajnak Architects Inc. – Columbus, OH) and Residential Addition over $250K (Reid Curtis – Interior Designer).
